About Us
Fairey Associates Ltd are Chartered Independent Financial Advisers with offices both in Essex and Norwich. We have been chosen by your employer to provide advice services relating to your Workplace pension with Aegon. Our role is financial planners is to ensure that you are making the right decisions and arranging your affairs on the most efficient way to improve your financial outcomes.

 

We conduct our meetings with you online (Teams & Zoom), at your Workplace or at your home.

 

We have a large team of advisers, paraplanners and administrators.

 

Team members assigned to support you are;

  • Emma Hatherley – Responsible for ensuring the service from Fairey Associates Ltd is smooth and efficient

 

  • Harriet Wood – Your personal financial planner who will be able to advise you on your pension and a host of other areas if required navigating you through the financial landscape.

Triage Planning Meeting
Your employer has arranged for us to provide an advice service limited to your Palm Paper Workplace Pension at no cost to you. The service offered as follows;

  • An abridged fact find conducted to obtain enough information to provide you with limited advice only about retirement

 

  • Letter of authority to allows us to obtain information from Aegon on your plan

 

  • Discussions focused around;

 

    • Current valuation, asset allocation and risk level

 

    • Risk profiling exercise to establish attitude to investment risk

 

    • Suitable contribution levels to achieve retirement objectives

 

    • Benefits of salary sacrifice

 

    • Estimate of benefits available at retirement from the Workplace Pension and other funds that the member is aware of.

How to arrange a Triage Meeting

  • Contact Jacqui Scott to obtain the appropriate Aegon form

 

  • Complete and return to Jacqui

 

  • Await contact from Fairey Associates to arrange your personal meeting with Harriet
